The following points need to be followed to complete the master health check-up.
Make Sure that you are on an empty stomach. (Not even coffee or tea.)
Ensure that you have been fasting for 12 hours before giving your first blood sample. (you may have dinner T 8.00pm the previous night, after which you should take only water).
No exercise or exertion in the morning before the first blood sample is given.
If you are a known diabetic, please come on an empty stomach in the morning, give fasting blood sugar and then take the regular diabetic medication before giving the postprandial blood sugar.
You must not eat or drink anything until you complete the course of the basic MHC tests (first blood and urine samples)
After giving the first blood and urine samples, chest X-Ray, ECG and Ultrasound (if advised) will be taken
Additional charges will be collected from you if additional tests are recommended by the MHC doctor/consultants, and the time taken for undergoing these will also be more,
Any reports of the above additional tests should be immediately handed over to the MHC charge for inclusion in the final report.
MHC reports are usually handed over to you on the following day by the MHC consultant who examined you.
For the attention of female patients: If you are pregnant or if there is any suspicion of pregnancy please do not undergo chest X-Ray. Please inform the MHC in charge about it.
Call us by phone between 8 am-4pm and register your name for MHC. Drop in any day 7.30 am on empty stomach and report to us. You need to spend about 4-5 hours of your time with us for Health Check-up.
Medical report and review within 24-36 hours.
